Position Overview
  • Role Agent Team Member with a State Farm independent contractor agent.
  • Duties Establishing customer relationships, educating customers about insurance options, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
  • Work Environment Outgoing, customer-focused, and public-facing.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Educate customers using a needs-based review process.
  • Develop leads and schedule appointments.
  • Identify customer needs and market suitable products and services.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Hourly pay plus commission/bonus.
  • Schedule No weekend work, no work on your birthday, flexible hours.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
